Dear Brian, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your colleagues for the excellent service you have provided me. Recently finding myself permanently in a wheelchair, the prompt conversion and delivery before Christmas of my WAV was the best possible present I could’ve wished for. The freedom it has afforded me has meant that for the first time since March 2020, I’ve had the opportunity to leave the surroundings of my village and venture further afield. You made the whole process so easy for me from the initial contact I made with you, the demonstration you provided, the placing of the order, your sourcing of the vehicle, the speedy conversion and ultimate delivery. We took our mobility WAV over four weeks ago we are very pleased with the performance of the car. We would like to express our thanks to your team and, specifically, Brian McLaughlin who brought the demonstration car out and helped us no end with the choice of the vehicle which serves our needs both my wife in her wheelchair and the ease of the strapping. He explained all the features of the car, he was always respectful of our needs Everyone we have spoken to has given 110% service. It has been a pleasure to find such helpful, reliable people and they are all a credit to your company.

I have visited Bekkers many times since 1996 for pedal extensions to my cars, and more recently for a boot strap to be fitted to make it easier for me to close my boot. I am also very happy with the seat modification you did shortly after that. I have always been very pleased with the service and help from all staff members, both in the office and workshop. I would recommend you to my friends.

I couldn’t be anymore happier with my new car! That’s all thanks to Brian and the team. After having a bad time with my previous vehicle and continuous issues, I was left with having no choice but to cancel the lease and order a new car. So I was recommended to speak to Brian at Alfred Bekker, and he has been nothing but helpful from day one. I ordered the car in February and, unfortunately, lockdown happened and I was left to wait in limbo for the vehicle which has taken 8 months to arrive. My first contact with your company was many years ago, through Brian Page Adaptions (Pooley Green), then I found out more from your website. I was happy with the previous three installations, so stayed with you. My most recent adaptation installation was a positive experience from a technical point of view, but equally the kind and understanding Salesperson impressed me with her professionalism. We want you to know that we are very pleased with the quality and service provided by Alfred Bekker. Brian was our main contact who took very good care of us. He went out of his way to make sure we got the car that best suited our needs. Throughout the pandemic, Julia kept us informed on the progress and problems that the pandemic was causing.
