Alfred Bekker API Ltd are proud to be supporting Team Brit with mechanical adaptations to fit their full range of vehicles, both race and support. We have currently fitted out mechanical push/pull hand controls to their BMW 116 Trophy cars and their racing academies VW Polo.
We will also be looking at fitting the controls to both the Britcar Championship Aston martin V8 Vantage GT4, as well as the teams DAF race truck.
We were lucky enough to be invited to the teams Racing Academy Team launch back in February, to see all the cars in action and even go for a few laps round the Top Gear Test track!
From 2019, Team BRIT will be offering unique opportunities for disabled drivers that have never been available before. Disabled drivers with a full UK license can take part in track days, where they can get behind the wheel of a super car, or they can join the Team BRIT Racing Academy.
